Kinda bummed!

So we called our agency today to check on the progress of our referral wait. We were tenth in line two weeks ago and now we are eighth. I know it is some progress, but we had hoped for a bit more in this amount of time. We are still on track according to our agent, and she is hopeful that we will get a referral in the next couple of weeks. So, we will just stay busy and hopefully the time will pass quickly.

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
