On it's way...

So, we fixed the document problem after an afternoon of scrambling. It was signed, notarized and state certified, then fed-ex'd back to Ohio (location of our agency) and we talked to them this evening and it is now on it's way to the Guatemalan consulate in Washington D.C.
We were told that we are number 10 on the waiting list for a refferal which should be about 2-4 weeks.

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
