Finally, another big hurdle in the process. This morning we got an email we've been looking forward to:
A pre-approval was issued for the above-listed adoption case. You may pick up this
pre-approval at Window #10 at your earliest convenience. You must bring a copy of this notification.
La pre-aprobación correspondiente al caso de adopción que esta mencionado arriba fue emitida. Puede recoger esta pre-aprobación en la Ventanilla #10. Deberá presentar una copia de esta notificación.

This means that on the American end of things...everything is a 'go'. Now we just wait to get into PGN (Guatemalan Attorney Generals office) and then that is the last big step.....and, I think the pick-up at window #10 must be for the lawyer down there handling our case.
