Four weeks down

As of today we have officialy been in PGN for four weeks! It has gone faster than we thought, but the visit trip to see Ava was a great distraction. Anyway, we called our agency and they said no news is good news. We will be happy with that. Things still seem on target for another four weeks in PGN, then hopefully going to pick her up 4-6 weeks after that. We really hope the next four weeks fly by as quickly as the first four! We miss her so much. Who wouldn't miss a face like this:

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
