Busy Weekend!

We had such a great and busy weekend! On Saturday Auntie Molissa, Grandma Nancy, and I had a marathon shopping day getting clothes for Ava for our pick up trip. We had a blast! On Sunday I had another wonderful baby shower. Auntie Molissa, Auntie Tammie, and Grandma Nancy did such an amazing job. Thank you for all your hard work!! The food was so delicious and the decor was super cute. Ava got so many great things (pictures to come shortly). It is really wonderful to see all our family and friends be so excited and supportive! Thank you so much for all you have done. We love you all so much!!

On another note, Ava's DNA results are still in the works. My "people" :-) at the lab said they are still testing it. I am not sure what that means exactly other than her results are not in, so maybe tomorrow??? We will see.

twas fun! kudos too to our young helpers (gabriella, milla, spencer, audrey, and elaina)who helped pull everything together...cupcake deco, origami flowers, flower arranging, and CLEAN UP! fantabulous job! and to Casey for such a CUTE shop!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
