Our heads are spinning!!!

Ava's DNA is officially at the lab! I know what you are thinking...so soon? Crazy but true! We checked our bank account tonight and the lab has charged our account. We were thinking the DNA sample might be taken next week! It has been taken and is being processed already! Wow, this is happening fast now. Better start packing! So much to do!!

Small little edit (saturday): DNA may not actually be at the lab yet. They charge us before it even gets there...so we jumped the gun a bit. But all is good, it is on its way.

Pack and shop.... Im so excited to meet this very special little girl. She is so fortunate to have such wonderful parents!!! I cant wait to get to know her.... and see Jim change a diaper.

Oh my gosh!! That is crazy! So then will u get the results some time next week?? Wow!! I think she is trying to blow the dream timeline to pieces, she is ready to come home to her mommy and daddy!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
