Home Sweet Home

Our Internet has been down this morning...so no pictures yet. Everything is great! We are all a little sick, and recovering from yesterday. Ava has a nasty cough, and runny nose, but she is happy and smiling....fascinated, while watching me type this. Here's what she has to say: kiyyikikyvyc p,' oop ;mioiiuyyytkj.

We had a wonderful surprise when we got home last night. Our family put together a party to welcome little Ava home. It was really special to have everybody there to greet the latest addition to the family. Audrey was beside herself when she saw her new baby "cousint" from Guatemala! She officially thinks "Ava is really cute and really cool!" Ava and Audrey are really sweet together. We just love it!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
