Ava's first Kangaroo

What is this in the mail...something from the land down under?
I wish customs would have allowed you to include some Australian Beer (VB) for my Dad
But, I love the Kangaroo! :-) Thanks Lacey & Tobster

The outfit is probably too big for you right now but we thought you could wear it in winter. Glad you likes the roo. I'll have Ashley bring you back a koala bear for a Aussie collection!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
