Ava crawling?

If crawling backwards counts, then she is rocking it! I guess it is more of a scoot than an actual crawl, but she can cover some serious ground, just maybe a little backwards :-) Either way it is pretty cute! Oh, and she is also cutting another tooth. This one is on the top. She now has a grand total of four pearly whites! Here are some pics from today...

Trip to the Zoo

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
