get that stuffed Dora I love so much? Ava spent the day yesterday with Auntie Tammie and it looks like she had a blast! She is obsessed with this stuffed Dora doll. It is really funny!

Oh boy! There is that baby again! I am gonna get her this time.

Is anybody watching? Nope? Now is my chance!

Busted! Where did you come from? My genius plan was foiled again..

Nothing left to do but make a run for it. Go!

Milla said, "It's kinda like she's our little sister." (thank goodness for friends w/their own little one!)

Gabriella said, "I LOVE the smell of babies!" (as she inhales sweet Ava) Can you believe it?? The tween (now officially a teenager!) who sat across the room and observed Ava from afar?

Chris is in awe of her...and she him...always looking at him with those 'flirty smiles' and a 'twinkle in her eyes' (will need to document!)

(the jury is currently out on Maane's feelings of the little one-currently looks at her from afar...)

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
