Pool = 75% Ready!

Ava's pool is almost ready...The heater is in and running! Temp. is currently at 75 deg. and rising & it's almost totally clean. A little more filtration and some chemicals is all it needs. This will be good news for cousin Audrey who has been a little upset with my procrastination. Sorry no pictures from today. No camera! I'll find it...





Edited to add: I let the heater run until it got to 78 deg.
The gas was flowing like crazy through the meter...I have
therefore instituted a $5 per person surcharge for pool use,
kids will be half price, cause I'm sure the pee will at least add to
the warmth. :-)

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
