Mom,
It's me Ava. Yes, I send emails now and eat Cheerios by myself, surprise!
I just put Dad down for a nap, and gave him a bottle (of beer).
Poor guy was really tired carrying me around at the Zoo today. And about the Zoo...
I really appreciate the effort, but I am actually just as happy watching the crows
and viewing the neighborhood cats in their natural habitat.

One small issue, and I don't mean to complain...but please tell Dad I understand
some words now. When he says the word 'Pacha' (bottle in English)...I really
do expect a bottle, within a reasonable time frame, say...10-20 seconds.
After that little grace period I do get a little mad. Other than that, the day has
gone pretty good. I hope you are having fun at work, remember 50% of your
wage goes back to me.

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
