Home Sweet Home?

We made it home safe and sound yesterday. Ava did great the last leg of our trip. She slept for most of it and when she was awake, she was content playing with her toys and blanket. The same can not be said for her poor daddy. He came down with a terrible stomach bug. We will call it "Sunriver's revenge" :-)! It took a fair amount of us down this past week. Ava and I are still okay so far, we are just sad for Jim. He is still pretty miserable, but seems to have made a turn for the better. Nothing like reality kicking your booty! Here are some pics of better days...

Oh poor daddy! Well hopefully he's pulling througg it and make sure u keep u and AVA in quarantine!

Sorry to hear the bug got Jim. Hope by now he is back to normal. So far, we are all still OK. Must have been somethin he et!!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
