Last Day Blues...

Today is our last day. We would love a few more days. But reality awaits us. We've had an awesome time, Ava loved waking up to both of us every day (and we loved it too!). If you checked the picture site, you probably saw that we went to a Luau. All the times we've been here over the years and this was our first time at one. The food and entertainment were great. We've also gotten to spend some time with our good friend Amy who lives here, and her two kids: Knight and Sweden. Our flight leaves tonight at 10:20...we have no idea what that will be like. Hopefully we will all be able to sleep.

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
