Quick update...

Getting ready to hang out at the pool, and put Ava down for a nap, fortunately the pool is 10 ft from the condo, and we have a monitor...so we can have some fun while she is sleeping. The weather is awesome today, sunny and probably about 80. After she wakes up we'll get in some beach time. I hear it's 48 and rainy in Tacoma. Bummer.

Trip to the Zoo

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
