Should we worry?...

Ava is currently up in her crib conducting a skull test. We put her down for a little nap about 20 minutes ago, and so far she has been up walking around, sitting down playing, talking to herself and now this...


How bored do you have to be to think this is a good way to pass the time??

If memory serves me, that is how grandpa Tom and cousin Mike rocked themselves to sleep. I know that's true of Mike and I am pretty sure Tom did the same thing.

Trip to the Zoo

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
