Good beat?...or just an over tired baby?

Tonight just before Ava's bed time, Daddy broke out with a random toy maraca beat...Ava immediately started grooving. When he was tired of it and stopped, she got a little angry. This went on for awhile, so we decided to take a video.
The video is a little dark, and you will notice a toy explosion in the background (cousin Audrey helped with that :-) ,but it was too priceless not to post.
Minutes after the drum solo ended, Ava was happily in PJ's and on her way to bed.

LOL! This is too funny! I think Ava thought wait a minute if I throw a 2 second fit they will do what I want...Test and repeat..Good Job Daddy!

PS did she try to dirty dance the storage bin or was that just me?

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
