Ava meets her new cousins....

...not to mention a pretty great new Auntie and Uncle. We had so much fun this past week, having my brother's family stay with us. It was a whirlwind of laughter, a few meltdowns (kids and parents alike), and a whole lot of craziness! Emma, Sophie and Myles are such great kids! We miss them already. Below are some highlights of our family fun...



Girls night out was a huge success! "Big girl drinks" courtesy of El Toro (Emma's pick) were a hit! The girls picked out something special from each of their Aunties at Target. They scored big time!

I love the video clip of Bubba and Ava! Too cute. Looks like you all had a blast of a time! How sweet that all the cousins were able to spend time with each other. Memories that will live a long time I'm sure:O)

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
