Monet, Picassa,Cezanne...

..and Ava Bella! Just kidding. We broke out some markers (thankfully washable) for Ava to do some art this past weekend. I think she might have worn more than actually made it on the paper, but she seemed to enjoy herself nonetheless. What do you think? Do we have a future artist extraordinaire or what?!

perhaps her career is in modeling...seems she has perfected 'posing' for the camera:O) The art world could be a viable 'fall back'...

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
