Messy Missy....

We found out Ava now enjoys eating her cheerios off the floor as opposed to the snack grabber she normally eats out of. She actually removes them from the container sets them on the floor then picks them up to eat! Weird I know, not to mention kinda gross and really messy! We are working with her to make sure this is not a long term habit. She did a great job helping with clean up. Ava also got her first introduction to a full fledged movie. She enjoyed all of about 15 minutes of "mo"(Ava's way of saying Nemo) and was off again. It might be too soon. Oh well, we did manage to get a few cute pics in that short time!

Trip to the Zoo

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
