Winter is still here...

Just one week ago we were in sunny California enjoying family and sun. Today we are both sick and looking out at a stormy gloomy day. Spring can not come fast enough!! Instead of letting it get us down, we just keep playing this video over and over again. We can't help to laugh. These two are so hilarious!! They are future partners in crime I have a feeling. Until then I think Bubba might have the upper hand :-)

Trip to the Zoo

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
