Ava is ready to travel the world!

She will be starting her travelling adventures in Italy. We will be leaving in just 27 days for Sicily and then Tuscany. Her US passport came in the mail today. Her picture turned out pretty cute, although she completely refused to smile. Oh well, smile or not, we are off for a trip of a lifetime in less than a month!! We are so excited!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
