Andiamo a Siena

Yesterday we met up with Leo, another cousin of ours (part of the Sicily clan) that lives in Bologna now. We walked around San Gimignano last night and had some dinner. Today is our first day of a little rain...it's 9:00 am and we're getting ready to go to Siena, to meet up with Leo's sister from Rome, hopefully it will clear up. Here are a few more pics:

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
