Breathe....

(Warning..yet another gushing from a totally in love mommy)
Have you ever been asked "what do you do when your dreams have come true?". For me, right now, I embrace it. I breathe it in. I cherish every new expression, every new embrace. I count every eyelash, every smile, every snuggle. I treasure every heartbeat of my new life as a mother. She is my dream and my very precious reality. (I warned you ) Ava really is my dream come true!!!

You truly are our gift. We love you Ava!!!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
