The grapes need rain...

Our day in Siena yesterday was a little damp. Fortunately we were already under cover having some food when a torrential downpour started. The huge square emptied, and we decided to ride it out with some more wine. It lasted about 20 minutes, then cleared up a bit so we could walk around. We spent the day with Leo, a cousin from Partinico, who is living in Bolgna now. Today we're going to explore some more of San Gimignano. Our flight out on tuesday was canceled, so we have to spend 1 extra day, bummer. We're flying out of Rome on Wednesday, and then back to reality. I uploaded a ton of pictures...four folders on our picture site. I'll be adding more until we leave.
