Soo tired...

Things here are slooowly getting back to normal. Little missy is still on Italy time (9hrs ahead), so what that means is the whole house wakes up around 4am to start our day. She goes down at night at her regular time, but refuses to sleep past the break of dawn. Needless to say this is one sleep deprived house. Oh well, this too shall pass. Until then, keep the coffee coming!
Sleep or no sleep, I can always find my happy place here in Tuscany!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
