Dreams...

Two years ago today, we received pictures that were full of dreams, hopes and beauty. Today we have the joy and privilege of experiencing the fruition of all of those hopes, dreams and, without a doubt, soo much beauty! Ava is our dream come true and it is such a blessing to be part of her journey in life. She is pure love and joy...

This is how it all began...



and this is the realization of our dreams coming true and soo much more...



We made a really great memory today, and took Ava to her first Mariners game with Nana and Grandpa...

It looks like she had a lot of fun at the game!! I am so happy that we get the reminders of the begining of the journey!! It was pretty crazy and exciting!! There were days where we (TGBS) didn't know what to do when Kt would be full of tears and we wanted to kill the world! Now the tears are replaced with awesome smiles and laughter!! I am so happy for you both!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
