Black Friday was good to Ava!

Ava totally scored today when she came with Tia Mo and I out shopping. I have been eyeing this super cute chair for a while now, and when it went on sale I was soo excited to snatch it up!! Ava loves her new "Diva" chair. She especially loved playing with her laptop while she sat in her own fancy chair. Totally priceless :-)


Also, Ava's photography skills are improving...she grabbed the camera last night and said 'pose, daddy'. Below are a few of her portrait shots of her daddy.

Trip to the Zoo

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
