Super Bowl Sunday....

We spent the afternoon watching the Super Bowl at auntie Kim and uncle Steve's today. Ava came down with a nasty cough yesterday, but you would never know she was sick with all of the smiles and laughter she gave today. She always loves going to her auntie's house! It was a great game and a really great day :-) She conked out within minutes and was more than ready for bed when we got home. I am always am amazed that in spite of being so sick, our little cutie can still have the time of her life and stay soo happy :-) So sweet!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
