Thunderbirds...

We got tickets to go to Ava's first hockey game last night (thanks Neita). She seemed to really like it! It was so funny when the players would smash up against the glass, Ava would yell "careful guys!" She yelled that alot :-) It was really fun even though it was a dismal loss by the Thunderbirds. Oh well, Ava could care less, she was all about the action and there was plenty of that!

Trip to the Zoo

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
