Good thing we don't have to use film anymore...

After leaving the park this evening we went back to hotel to watch the fireworks on the pool deck, they have all the music and narration piped in and no fighting the crowds.

wow. Ava will be floating on this experience for quite awhile. I can't wait to hear her stories. I'll have to make her some jello.

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
