Home, Sad Home....

Not that home is sad, but after such a fantastic trip, it is a little sad to be home :-( We had such a great time!!! Wonderful memories were made and will be cherished for many years to come. We spent our last day in Disneyland going on all of Ava's favorite rides. Jungle cruise, "Hi Ho" ride, Dumbo...just to name a few. She finally crashed out right before our plane was set to leave for home. Sadly, that made for a rough plane ride home, but she made up for her lack of sleep by sleeping in this a.m. till 9am and taking a 4hr nap this afternoon. I put together a collage of Ava's initial fear of the hotel's Goofy statue to her absolute adoration of him at the end of the trip. She looked forward to saying good morning and goodnight to him everyday. It was super sweet!! The other collage is of our last day at the "happiest place on earth". In our case, it was a place where some of our happiest memories were made :-)
