The pool is open for business...

It may be July 25th, but in Washington, you take what you can get:-) The kids and grownups had a great time today! Ava was fearless in the water. She was blowing bubbles (thanks Tia T) and even was ok with a few under water dunks! Tia Mo taught her how to "crab-walk" around the pool and miss Ava caught on in no time :-) Summer is here (hopefully to stay) and the pool is a definite hit!

P.S.We are crazy proud of these two...

My Brother and Sister ran the San Francisco marathon today! They are beyond amazing and truly an inspiration. Great job you guys!!!:-)

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
