Three years ago today....

This amazing miracle entered our life. She was just three days old when we first set eyes on our little sweetie. She has been our joy and blessing ever since. I am so grateful to be Ava's mommy! She brightens the day and warms the heart of every one she come in contact with. Watching her grow, learn and become such a beautiful little girl is a privilege and a gift I will cherish forever. We love you soo much our sweet little Ava!

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
