Assembly Weekend...

We had the 1st day of our 2-day assembly today. It was powerful and thought provoking, to say the least. Ava once again did amazing! She was so excited for "big meeting day". I think she loves all of the positive energy not to mention all of the attention;-) Oh, and did I mention the candy she scores while she is there??? What's not to love? Tia Mo worked her baby whisperer magic and had Ava napping for the majority of the second half, THANK YOU Tia Mo!!! Here are couple of pics from today. There a more on the pic. sight.

Trip to the Zoo

Today was Ava's first visit to the Zoo. She loved it! A lot of arm waiving and leg kicking. Not a ton of smiles, because she was probably overwhelmed. We could tell she really enjoyed it though, we can only imagine what goes through the mind of a ten month old baby when a 2000 lb walrus swims by 10 inches from her face. Click here for pics. 2 yrs ago we were doing this....

Two years have flown by, but the feelings of contentment and amazement just grow stronger and stronger. We are off to Seabrook for the weekend to play in the sand and and reminisce. We are truly, truly blessed! Not much has changed in the packing department :-)
